     The Beijing Tonglin 3S-J5000 7-inch touch screen ozone concentration tester is a star product developed and put into use by Beijing Tonglin Technology in 2018. This product is designed and manufactured based on Lambert-Beer's law. It calculates the current ozone concentration value by measuring the change in light signal intensity before and after ozone absorbs ultraviolet light. The equipment adopts an advanced dual-path ultraviolet light source system and is equipped with an intelligent lamp tube management system. After startup, the ultraviolet lamp tubes can quickly reach the measurement state. It uses foreign separated light cell technology. The equipment features no leakage, high pressure resistance, resistance to large flow sampling gas impact, easy cleaning, convenient maintenance, simple operation, and low usage cost. The core component is an imported LED ultraviolet light source, which has a long service life and good stability, and can be used for continuous detection of ozone gas in various environments.

     The ozone analyzer is equipped with a touch screen operation interface, which can display the concentration of ozone gas in real time. It features pressure and temperature compensation and display, and can be set with automatic zero calibration time and manual zero calibration mode. The high concentration (g/Nm3) range is equipped with a flow input function and can display the output of the ozone generator in real time. It is equipped with two sets of relay signal outputs, allowing users to freely select the connection of high alarm point and low alarm point signal outputs. The core component adopts a long-life ultraviolet light source system and uses high-transparency quartz plates to ensure the stability of the zero point and prevent zero drift from affecting the accuracy of the detected concentration. The independent optical cell structure designed based on foreign optical cell technology is pressure-resistant and shock-resistant. During the zeroing operation, the gas flow rate, pressure and flow velocity remain unchanged, preventing the impact of gas flow on zeroing. The zeroing operation can be completed without closing the ozone intake, ensuring that the equipment can operate continuously for 24 hours a day.
